Joyce Bullock trained as a Garden Designer at Rodbaston College over 15 years ago and went on to form her own consultancy. Joyce has worked on many projects including the garden for a Grade 1 listed Hall, a “chill out” space for a celebrity clinic in London, planting schemes for outdoor spaces as far afield as Vancouver, as well as garden makeovers large and small. She runs regular workshops for Elford Walled Garden allotment group, is involved in Care Farming and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio WM, all in her spare time! She brings a wealth of experience to her role as Designer for G Scapes.

Initial Consultation
After the initial contact, we arrange an on-site meeting with one of our consultants. Our consultants assess the site and your requirements then advise you on any concerns you may have regarding your garden project.
Design Service
We offer a comprehensive garden design service.
Site Survey
The survey is a map of your garden, plotted at a scale appropriate to the size of the site. This records relevant existing features and accurate site levels. The survey is an essential process and no garden can be designed without this plan.
Conceptual Design
The concept plan is a draft outline design indicating how the designer is interpreting your brief and the site. It forms the main discussion document and allows dialogue to take place at an early stage of the design process. At this stage it is easy to make modifications and amendments.
Layout Design
On completion of the Concept Plans, the designer will need to produce the final layout plan, with construction drawings if necessary. These plans and details will provide the necessary clarity for the construction of the garden by our qualified, experienced construction staff.
Quotation
If your project does not require a design service, we provide a competitive quotation for carrying out the landscaping work soon after the initial visit. Our experienced consultants will help you to select the right materials and get the best result within your budget.
Construction
Our Highly skilled staff are professional, courteous and take pride in their work. Our designer/consultants oversee the project to ensure the smooth transition from design to construction.
Planting
G-Scapes has a strong horticultural background. Our own specialist Nursery can offer a wide variety of quality plants to enhance your project.
