G-Scapes of Lichfield Ltd.

G-Scapes of Lichfield Ltd was founded in 1973 by Malcolm and Elizabeth Gee, focusing on value, quality and horticultural excellence.

		Malcolm Gee Managing Director Malcolm began his horticultural career at the age of 12 in the parks and glasshousesof his home town, Stalybridge. After leaving school he become an apprentice and progressed through the ranks, gaining valuable hands-on experience as he went. After relocating to Lichfield the couple felt it was time to go it alone and G-Scapes of Lichfield Ltd was born. With the benefit of Malcolm's solid horticultural background, and support from Elizabeth, the couple set up G-Scapes of Lichfield Ltd in 1973 initially specialising in garden design and construction subsequently branching out into a Retail and Wholesale Nursery.
		Elizabeth Gee BA (Hons) Director & Office Coordinator Elizabeth left teaching and became a full time member of the team in 1999. She manages the Plant Centre at Curborough Craft Centre, a specialist nursery that draws eager plant hunters from miles around. She looks after the day-to-day running of all four divisions of G-Scapes.
		Daniel Gee Landscape Manager Malcolm and Elizabeth’s son Daniel is now an essential member of the 25 strong team of staff, heading the Landscape & Commercial Divisions. He uses his technical expertise to project manage landscape schemes and is also able to produce draft plans and construction drawings using Computer Aided Design.

The company continues to grow, but importantly , still retains the values of the family business at its heart.
